The Sportsbook Agents (Ticket Writers) play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sportsbook. You will process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sportsbook preferred.
- 2+ years of cash handling work experience in a casino required.
- Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
- Willingness to be trained and learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail, focused on compliance, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and math skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Part-time or full-time position available.
. Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand at the sportsbook counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
- Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
- The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
