Join a dynamic team at a fast-growing sports wagering startup as a Full-Time Customer Support Representative (call center). You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, knowledgeable, and friendly support across multiple channels.

Qualifications & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent call center experience in the sports betting, gaming, or hospitality industry required. 
  • Must be able to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and good computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to sit at a computer workstation for an 8+ hour shift.
  • In an office position, Southwest Las Vegas. 
  • Scheduling flexibility to work any shift, holidays, and weekends.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
